Montecito Natural Foods opened its doors in 1963 at the Montecito Country Mart on Coast Village Road, becoming one of the community's oldest and most beloved retail establishments.
For nearly six decades, the store served generations of Montecito families with health food products, vitamins, beauty products, and personalized guidance from knowledgeable staff.
After relocating from the Country Mart, Montecito Natural Health found a new home at 1470 East Valley Road, Ste Z in Upper Montecito Village, next to Montecito Village Grocery.
The thoughtfully designed space focuses on vitamins, supplements, and beauty products — the heart of what has always made this store special. Food offerings have been streamlined due to the proximity of Montecito Village Grocery nearby.
Montecito Natural Health is owned by Gabe and Slim Gomez, who have stewarded the business for over 30 years, preserving the same dedication to community wellness that began in 1963.
